Dear Hät,
I was wondering about the status of your Byzantines set. It is in status ‘Masters’ which is non existant in your statusmode. It probably means there is now action now or in any near future?
This status exists since 2010...
A Byzantine set would be an interesting asset to the different Roman sets. And as the Byzantine empire outlasted the west European Roman empire certainly a very relevant period in Ancient an Middle Ages period in Europe.
Kind regards from a staunch Hät fan!

The status is still on standby as there are other sets in the pipeline currently.

Something to consider, especially for those French fighting in Spain, may be dismounted French dragoons in boots (NOT dragons a pied) mostly in combat poses with standing horses and horse-holders. Perhaps a big set box (100 figures or so); buy one box, get one regiment. Hmmmm, maybe a big set box for the potential supplemental oxen, drivers-riders, baggage, pack-horses and horse-handlers for the new
ox-wagon set. The potential market for such a set, on its own, could be considerable.

Dear Admin,
may i ask to what the poll led for the ancients minority, especially cause pyrrhic elephants weren't in your suggestion list?
... Sorry for hanging on the ancient-topic all the time, but building an almost full but also lively hellenic army is extremely hard and you're kind of last hope for this project to bring pose- and style-variety into.

Which poll is it that you mean?

Which poll is it that you mean? Oh sorry, i meant this poll of the thread here for asking us to suggest which new sets we want from a predetermined list
(most of the sets are in holding-pattern - e.g. Hoplites -; some are "new" - like Gauls, and some are a second try - like Spartans).

Those sets are still in holding pattern for now as there are still a large number of sets in process at the moment.

Okay, thanks. So Musket era is the first and the other eras will follow.

Okay, thanks. So Musket era is the first and the other eras will follow. Whatever is in process already is first. Others will follow based on interest.

So I guess this means Ancients are last ? At least HäT might consider completing existing ranges before starting something new as it is quite annoying having to wait years for sets like the Sassinid cataphracts and elephant to join the Infantry and Light Cavalry sets. And if sets are going to be produced just based on interest ( presumably that means the interest shown on the Forum or on Twitter) then some sets will never get made as some lobby groups are much stronger than others and those sets will always get preference.

Okay, thanks. So Musket era is the first and the other eras will follow. Whatever is in process already is first. Others will follow based on interest. Hmm, so at least what takes longer may get more the way we want it? May i suggest then the possibility of adding a few shields more than required to the hoplites IF they will be separate parts, which isn't clear yet. So there could be added boeotian shields - for sure it is most likely that they haven't been used in a phalanx (without being sure about that, cause test showed them being as good as an aspis), but they could be used on ships and for horsemen. Also Shield-aprons can be a nice idea, i think.
To set you on the burning chair again without meaning it bad, my holding pattern is: Carthaginian sacred band (1x), Hoplites (minimum 2x), Byzantines (min. 2x), Spartans (1x), Etruscians (1x),
pyrrhic elefants (min. 1x), carthaginian elephants (min. 1x), camel caravan (min. 1x), slingers (1x) and each of the three new gaul sets minimum 1x.
