I'd say officer walking, colorbearer and drummer but this is difficult all those poses/figures are of great value! But in a battle the dismounted officer is perhaps more common? Head combination 2,3,4, the ultimate would be if you would be able to order additional head sprues with different style of headgear, havelock, bare head, marine hat, bummer caps etc aswell as different faces like African American.

4 or 5. But mounted officer counts as 3.

Like the three foot poses with the first 3 heads. The mounted pose and the Hardee hat are nice, but ultimately the three foot would have greater use.

One mounted would do, I think. Perhaps the color bearer we need repeating as you would need one for the national colors and another for the regimental colors. After that, officer on foot.
For me (and I tend to run in the minority, so...) I think the Hardee Hat (sadly, as I always liked the style) would be the least useful as I think about it. Very few regiments really wore it in its regulation styling (the Iron Brigade comes to mind) - particularly as the war wore on. The hat might have been worn by some officers. The kepis and felt (or brimmed hats if you prefer) would have seen wider use. The kepi saw wider use in both armies by both rank and file and officers and having at least two (beard and clean shaven) is almost a necessity. One could even justify a third sculpt with mustache.
I'd love to have Hardee Hats to do a decent Iron Brigade (but one would expect also frock coats and gaiters) as well as the occasional dandy (figure of speech) who went to war in style, but if one of the heads had to go, that would be the one I'd reluctantly choose. JMO.

I second grumble
figures 6,7 & 8 (with a preference for 7 & 8 if just 2 are duplicated)
Heads 1,2 & 3
Many regards, Pieter

Rather than duplicated - I'd like to see another No 6 but in Double Breasted Frock Coat (can be used for generic CSA Officer) & No 7 in Shell Jacket again for typical CSA.

How about a fifer or two. Never see any of them to pair with the snares. Speaking of drums, how about a bass drummer?

Can't wait, great to see this going forward. The shoulder boards on officers can only be of use for Union side since Confederates had their officer insignia on sleeves but they can be trimmed off. Also the canteen looks hugely oversized on the color bearers.

Hat has seriously improved their horse sculpting standards. That officer's mount is simply beautiful.

This will be ideal for a Union Command Set most figures in Sack Coat & Foot Officers in Single Breasted Coat. But needs a flag bearer & drummer in shell jacket plus Foot Officer in Double Breasted Jacket to be suitable for Confederates.
Superb Images though.
