Not all poses are shown. The ACW marching set should have 12 final poses: The ACW command set should end up with 1 mounted officer, 2 foot officers, 2 drummers and 3 standard bearers:

Suggestions are welcome as changes can still be made at this stage.

I can only come up with some nitpicking, the finial on flag pole should be heartshaped, now it's more of a generic spear tip.. The officer pose is spot on, perfect, much better than having his sword against the shoulder although both options are good. And we even get a soldier with a Hardee hat! A mix of sack and shell jackets, I'm sure ppl have opinions about the composition of the sets, number of sack coats and so on, I only hope for two sets, one with Confederates with more blanket rolls and shell jackets. Also I'm not an expert on marching poses, I always assumed the rifles were carried at an angle (see picture below), and not straight up, so sadly they won't match my currently used marching figures, they also seem "chunkier" but it's probably impossible to make them thinner I assume. But having said that I still hope you put these into production as soon as possible, these will be the best ACW figures ever produced and the first real marching ACW set(that other company's figures don't count!) in the 1/72 hobby. Well done is all I say.

Also: True, there are different variants some even have eagles, not sure what was more common.

I like really the vivid style of the new figures, but the voluminous upper parts of their trousers and very low end of bodies seems me quite odd. Their bodies are looking too tall and their legs too short: 1:1 ratio body-legs. I would appreciate to see changes there.

Nice Images - Set seems Union Biased though. Would like to have one foot officer in double breasted coat as this is more representative of a CSA Officer & more infantry in shell jackets. Only one marching in shell jacket, while all 3 standard bearers are in sack coat.
