Another Hat set that rates one of my favourites is the Russian militia I bought a set from ebay because it was cheap but I really enjoyed painting the figures & there are 100 soldiers & 17 posses they make up into a great looking unit.

Dear, I particularly like Hat sets very much. They are part of several table wargames armies I have. I don't have them in large quantities, but enough to have fun. But if you choose what I like best for the Austerlitz setting, then # 8146 1805 French Line Infantry in Greatcoats.

I am a big fan of most Ancient (historic) modelfigure sets! Although my favoriet Hät sets are Republican-, Late Romans and Alexanders’ Greek forces I also like there opponents very much! The Acheamenidian and Sassanid forces are very nice and in general a joy to paint 🤓
I hope the remaining Sassanid sets will be finished soon [heavy/cataphract cavalry and war elephants] and I am also still hopeful for the Byzantians to emerge from the actual productions line(s) 👌🏻😀
Kind regards, Alcibiades
