"I really enjoyed painting these and could not put them down. I have painted every ACW set made in 1/72 plastic and these are the most fun to paint and they look so much better painted than any others I have done."

Paints: "Wargames foundry paints, the Blue`s Union blue, shade with Prussian blues for the jacket and union trouser blue for the trousers, played safe and could not go wrong :-)"
"Some observations, the faces were brilliant, you could pick out detail, and if I had had a mind to, could have done a more detailed job on most faces , some of them were "Perryesque" ie it was like handling Perry figures. If there is a criticism its the muskets, too basic, adequate, but better is better. The standard bearer with the beard was the pick of the crop in the face department, overall wonderful figures."
