Looking for best shop in Amsterdam

We used to have some nice shops in Amsterdam but I am afraid that all but one have gone now. The only one remaining is Muco Modelbouw. I have been there a couple of times and it is alright although also quite expensive. I can't think of any other ones. Even Games Workshop seems to have left town. I mostly blame tourism as lots of other 'normal' shops have started dissappearing as well (book shops, antiques etc.). Everything has been replaced with depressing tourist shops selling plastic tulips and wooden shoes
