Two issues are very badly needed:
AWI Sets - Marching as well as comand and action poses of infantry, cavalry and artillery.
American Plains Indians - mounted and foot figures.

You should consider the British conquest of India from Clive in the 1750's up to the Great Mutiny in the 1850's. The armies of the period are colorful and diverse with feudal and horse and Musket mixed together, from the armies of the many different Indian princes to that of the British East India company and even the French for the first half of the period.

Early Achamenids would be nice and the Persian range is missing the scythed chariot, I got it from Zvezda, but its hard to come by. Generic Iranian levy, I know there are Persian light inf. but those guys are skirmishers, ones with sagarises, swords and spears and shield would be really nice. Maybe subject warriors bundle, from the already made sets? Bactrian cavalry is made by nobody. I'd love to see some north Iranian nomads for the Parthian levy inf choice, like the you already have on the cataphract sprue. Sassanid heavy inf: yeah, you can use the Andalusian infantry's helmeted guys as Soghdiands and Daylamis, but the royal guardsmen still missing, the dudes looking like dismounted cataphracts.

I agree that 18th/19th century India is the most sadly neglected subject, and could have some spectacular armies and figures (hint - Khalsa).
Otherwise 3rd century Romans are the biggest gap in the market.

British Colonial Army with Pith Helmet and Neck Curtain, in Tan Color, and with White Braces and Ammo Pouches. Here are heaps of pictures during the shooting of the original 1939 Four Feathers. These guys would look so awesome lined up in two to three rows shooting volley fire at the Mahdists on Camel or Horse with Kitchener in Command. They would be useful for many other Campaigns also. Check out the many, many pictures: www.soldiersofthequeen.com/HollywoodRaj-WilliamQuinnellandTheFourFeathers1939.html

Ethiopian Empire army. With care this set would be able to face any European invasion from 1868 (British) to 1936 (Italian), as well as the Liberation of 1942.

I'll definitely second the Star Wars line especially with the new movies coming out for the foreseeable future and the only options out there being pricey metal figures. On the other hand, Hat isn't known for things outside the historical realm. But a guy can dream about a 1/72 scale battle of Hoth!
