Hi Admin, I don't get the question. It should match the Austrian infantry set in shakos. Grenadiers are smaller but slightly so I don't think there much to say about that question. I would be more concerned about the headgear since I think it is better, easier and nicer to get changeable heads than only the helmets or the shakos. Thank you anyway for asking. CPN

Requesting size match please! Which HaT sets would you like this set to match? When all the figure making processes are complete and after allowing for shrinkage etc , the finished article should match the size and stature of the Hat MAC Prussian Infantry or 8204 Austrian Grenzers. One last thing to take into consideration is the base if you are mounting the figures on a thicker base like the Hat Prussian Landwehr have, then you may want to make the final figure 0.5 mm smaller. Finally when can we see some scans? the suspense is killing me

A thicker base can always be trimmed to fit, not so a smaller figure!

Their size should be comparable to the HaT Austrian infantry already on the market (23mm to 23.5mm per PSR). Thanks for asking.

I agree matching your new Austrian set to the current Austrian infantry & Grenzer sets makes sense I am looking forward to seeing these in the shops.

What exactly is the scanning stage, and how near is that to completion?
I'm curious but I know little of the sculpting to shelf process.. are we talking 2019 here or a few years?
My 1/72 French need someone to beat.

I have more than 5000 Napoleonic figurines of 24 mm including 1400 Austrians. 24 mm is my norm of course !

Scanning is where the physical master figures are scanned into digital form (1's and 0's) so that they may be manipulated, converted or improved upon. Like so: Once the figures are in their final forms, they will be shrunk down and a "1/72" version will be produced for comparison purposes. Once the reduction ratio is determined, mold making will commence.
