It seems they may be slightly on the small side.
It may be a false impression, given that te test models are not perfectly aligned on the pictures there with their comparative counterparts (foot to foot).

Uhm!! For me they are a little bit small...I prefer to see the dragoons (light and heavy) have measures clonare to the Italeri french dragoons, for example.

Yes, it appears that these prototypes are small, but are not the Italeri French Dragoons too big?

It was only my own idea. I use Italeri's figs like standard for the size of my armies...fate vobis.

They are beautiful figures, but in my opinion slightly too small
I have a wide collection of Peninsular figures both plastic and metal and the Italeri French dragoon’s fit in very well

Good to see that HaT isn't contributing to the scale creep which is so prevalent in this hobby!

Italeris are usually quite on the large end of the 1/72, sometimes borderline 25mm, so, not the best reference of size.
Hat should use as reference their own kits, which are almost always well scaled for 1/72, and fit nicely with Zvezda and HaT.
Just enlarge these prototypes a bit and they should be perfect!

I really like these, and I don't have any concerns over the size, but a helpful comparison might be with (a) HaT's 1812 uniform British Dragoons and (b) HaT's 1812 uniform KGL Light Dragoons.

The Hat Russian and Austrian Cuirassiers (pictured) are both a good size (24mm), if the Light and Heavy Dragoons could be made a little bigger to match these then they will match existing sets by Hat and most other manufactures and please also make the bonus figures the same size.
Thanks for showing us the new progress Hat.
