The look very good, but here are a few issues I've noticed that need addressing: 1 - All backpacks seem to bemissing the leftmost fastening strap: 2 - One of the poses in the action set has broken hands: 3 - The shoulder joint on the officer looks weird, the anatomy is a bit off there: 4 - The grenadier cap is missing the front plate and the "lentil badge" and oak leaf it should have on the right side: 5 - The drum is upside down, which means its connection point is going to be ill-placed for the drum to be fit in the proper position:

Excellent progress however Mateus comments are correct his attention to detail is superb as can be seen in his painted figures, I would add the field sign (sprig of leaves) was worn on the side of the helmet too (left side I believe) perhaps someone can confirm this.

Good remarks Mateus! After I had a second look at the figures, I have my question marks for the two figures holding their muskets in front of their bodies, I guess they are ment as ''advancing'' figures which at least are nearly always including in HAT's latests sets (at least in all the 1/32). In the new SYW Austrian Action set I really like the advancing figures and in some other sets two but in this one they seam a bit off. The left figure has his hands really close to each other with is not a common thing for the Napoleonic period and also does not come not natural when holding a musket ( I know after 12 years of Re-enactment). Also the other right advancing figure is holding his musket in a way that looks odd to me, only scenario I could imagen wearing a soldier it this why is when he is tired. For an advancing figure the barrel should me tilted more upwards (eye level) which was a general rule in the drill manuals for almost every nation at the time, only in the last seconds when facing the enemy, the barrels would lower..Nevertheless, I am happy to see some progress and I will await these figures in the larger scale! The rest of the figures look great to me and I like the fusilier who is ramming the cartridge down his barrel :-). The fur Grenadier cap or bearskin indeed needs a second look but I guess these are rough sketches and the glitches like on the backpack are mainly cost by the way of 3D scanning? Also, forgot to mention: the grenadier head should have a mustache! (we could just paint it on, but it'd look nicer if the detail was already there).

Hi Hat Team, Well done on the changes completed so far and an extremely quick turnaround as well, for the Grenadier Fur Caps I do not think there are too bad they just need to be more clearly defined I hope these pictures can help.

One more thing I think the cartridge box/bag is hanging too low it could be the knapsack needs to go up slightly and the cartridge box/bag needs to be closer to the knapsack just below the height of the water bottle would be spot on.

Hi Hat Team, Well done on the changes completed so far and an extremely quick turnaround as well, for the Grenadier Fur Caps I do not think there are too bad they just need to be more clearly defined I hope these pictures can help. Both the plate and the surrounding fur are textured on the model so it may be hard to differentiate between them in a picture of the scan. It's possible to scour a deeper line between the two parts but the end result may be less desirable than the original.

The backpacks were designed to be separate and the distance from the ammo pouch to the backpack was fixed by that connecting strap. Now that the backpack is to be attached to the body, the ammo pouch position can be adjusted so that the least amount of undercutting occurs. Thanks for the comment, a note will be dispatched to the toolers.

Hi Hat Team, With many of the issues being dealt with so swiftly am I right to be optimistic regarding the Hungarians being created at almost the same time, they would need gaiters removed, ankle boots created, sword knots on the top of thighs, stripe down sides of breeches, cuffs pointed and shakos on figures with spare helmets.

We are gaitering information and planning the sets as we speak. Currently it looks like the marching and action sets will have the following proportions of fusiliers to grenadiers:

First, praise to Hat for going to the community and asking for suggestions and critique for these new sets, and then actually listening and addressing the issues. That's outstanding! That said, I still think that grenadier cap needs work. Admin suggests the front plate is there, though detail isn't crisp, but in that case it's so blurred we can't even discern it from the fur. And as I pointed out, other details are missing too - the lentil pompom and leaf on the side. Also, we can't see the top of the fur cap from the angle shown on the digital scan, so I don't know if it's detail is there, but it should look as the pic below, or as close to it as scale allows (ignore the fact that the portrayed infantryman is Hungarian, it's of no difference): As for the short sword of grenadiers, couldn't you just include in the sprue a few of those backpacks from the NCO of the Command set? I mean the backpack is already sculpted, it'd just be a matter of replacing the regular backpacks on the sprue layout of marching and action sets for this backpack instead, so we could have enough for the grenadiers to be properly equipped (ideally, the quantity of such backpacks on the sprue should match the grenadier heads). And whoever didn't want to assemble any of their models as grenadiers could still use these backpacks, by simply cutting off the sword, no hassle. (Btw, we've seen that the marching infantry had the missing strap on their backpacks fixed, I assume the rest of the backpacks on the other sets, including the one above, have also been fixed?) Finally, speaking of a Hungarian version of these sets, great idea, and the proportion suggested by admin seems about right. In reality, proportion would be closer to 1/8 (1 grenadier for every 8 fusiliers) on the Hungarian regiments (not counting the fusiliers on the depot battalion, which would further decrease this proportion), while the suggested proportion is 1/5, but if historical proportions were to be applied on the set layout, the grenadier models would be so scarce as to be impossible to come up with a full unit of them, even if one was to purchase multiple sets. So, 2 grenadiers for evey 10 fusiliers on the set should be pretty good, but wouldn't it be better to just make such set like the german version, with all models in fusilier headwear, with spare grenadier heads so people could replace them if desired? That way, you could fit a far bigger proportion of grenadier heads, which would come a long way to attend those interested in making full units of grenadiers. In short, the proposed layout for the german version is very good, you should just reproduce the same good idea on the Hungarian version.
