Hey Wayne, I think extra heads are a great idea, here my point of view :-)
- shakos for British and French would be great, too.
But then we would first need sets to give bodies for these hats! I would imagen a set of French LINE fusiliers but also for line elites in pre Bardin (so they match the lights) and there is no one who made these sets Then hat could make Shako's for 1808-1812 and bicornes for 1800 and even earlier till 1805/5/7. Also some extra heads (one with no headgear or bonnet de police). Same you could do for voltigeurs/ Grenadiers with both bicornes and Shako! I saw the masters once many years ago! 2010-12?
For the Austrians, the Grenzers would have a similar body to the Hungarians, not to the Austrians-German Fusiliers. So with a set of Hungarians, yes I think it would be great to offer sets by HAT of heads with possibilities to transform the Hungarians to Grenadiers and Grenzers. And for fusiliers of both sets included Helmets and shako's! Then the problem would be solved no>?
So;
A set of figures Austrians fusiliers
A set of figures maybe half/half Grenadiers/ Hungarians? (or a different way to go about it --> as separate so three sets then)
---> Headgear set; Includes; Helmets, or include both --> Fusiliers before 1813 Fusiliers both Austrian and Hungarian
-----> Shako; Austrian German Hungarian Fusiliers after 1813, Grenzers.
Bearskins (so one could make also Hungarian Grenadiers, the grenadiers that come in the box are, for example, German Grenadiers, so then maybe a separate sabre is required so one can make the Hungarians to Grenadiers )
