Dear friends,
I've finally got something new to share this time: some 1813 Prussians for my Leipzig 1813 project. I'm building the "Army of the North" in a 1:100 ratio so that next year I would be able to wargame over the northern line of this great battle. This bunch represents the 1st Brigade in the 1st Army Corps.
Silesian Landwehrs
Unfortunately the flag pole is still missing a flag as I don't have a printer in my home and I'm right in the middle of the lockdown in Shanghai. ..
East Prussian and Silesian Grenadiers
Brigadier battery
2nd Leib Hussars
And the Group shot
Hope you like.
Cheers, Chen

Dear Chen,
These look excellent; both your painting and basing. I especially like the mix of figures from different manufacturers in the landwehr and hussars. I look forward to further updates of your marvellous project.
At 1/100 are you going to use something like Napoleon's Battles or Volley and Bayonet, or do you have another set of rules—or even you own?!
All the best to you and stay safe and well,
James

Since I and my friends here are not very experienced gamers, we tend to stick to the easy going DBx system, i.e. the DBN rules. But I've been basing the figures in denser formations to make it look more "napoleonic". I'm still totally open to new sets of rules, so please don't hesitate to enlighten me if you have any suggestions.
Thanks for your nice comments too, gents.

Stunning painting of these lovely figures.
The Landwehr are especially eye catching.
Strictly speaking these units did not have flags other than some form of hand made unit insignia.
However, personally I think the Iron Cross type of flag looks good with them.
Best wishes,
Chris

Thank you for replying directly Chen. On rules, I'd use whatever you like and are happy with. Do not be influenced by others and certainly not by the latest wargaming 'flavour of the month'!
Chris, 'strictly speaking' is a bit strong n'est pas? By regulation perhaps, but there is great uncertainty and it is highly likely that units carried a banner designed by themselves, their village/town, supporters, or whatever isn't it?
Regards, James
