Superb! I'm not normally a fan of this style of sculpting. This series of figures (including the elites and other sets that matched) somehow caught my fancy. You've done them great justice with your skill

In the day, there was a lot of controversy over this strong sculpting style Yeah their sculpting wasnt overly appealing...way too chunky and toy like. However the layout/design of this set was perfect. The correct ratio of fusiliers to flank and all the main poses. I did buy about 3-4 boxes worth. Its still probably the most comprehensive set for 1808-1812 French line infantry. A big box exactly like this of 1813-1815 French would of been great....albeit not with that particular style of sculpting!!

Had fun painting them. Nice big details. They just look a bit.....shall we say.....well fed!!! Marching chaps certainly seemed to like taking big strides too!!!
