Just received my Prussian Landwehr sets from drum & Flag & I am really impressed with them, they seem to be cast in a fairly soft blue plastic a little harder than some recent sets The figures look really clean with no flash to speak of I'm really happy with them cant wait to paint them well worth the wait thanks Hat.

I would be happy to see the Nassauers reissued but don't see the point in more British rifles on top of the Revell and Italeri sets. The only difference is the plume on the shako which is reasonably simple surgery. I have various complaints about the distribution of these figures around the world and keep reminding myself of the free rider problem in economics - one of the most difficult issues for public policy that there ever was or will be.

Great to see the two sets of Prussian Landwehr out in the public domain. I've placed my order with a major UK supplier for plenty of sets.
I held off crowd-funding - I don't participate (matter of principle, and that's my choice and mine alone) - so was very pleasantly surprised that HaT chose to release the sets on general purchase so soon. But this is a good thing in my mind, and having HaT up and running and vibrant again is a very, very good thing for the hobby. Congratulations to HaT on this one...and also on the Zulus and Belgian WW1s, all of which I will also be buying in quantity and soon.
I look forward to the sets coming my way soon, and then enjoying these....they have been long awaited in my Prussian late Napoleonic army. I won't be needing the 'extra' figures, I can be very easily convert pioneers, medics, standard bearers etc, so will be 10% happy with the general release sets, I am sure.
And those old Airfix figures...well, lovely as they are, they have been increasingly looing like boys in stature against the rest of the units in my armies. A few might still make their way into the ranks as teenage recruits and to add height variety, buy I sense that the new HaT sets now set the benchmark for Landwehr of the 1813-15 era.
