I have received my order and they are very good indeed.
It has taken a long time and it was a pity that crowd founders did not get priority.
However, thank you Hat for your lovely troops.
Best wishes,
Chris

Dear all,
I'm glad to learn that a few of you have received the reserved sets. Probably Italy is in the last positions in the list of deliveries.

Looking forward to mine arriving, pre ordered with Rupert at drumandflag,co,uk, and should be here very soon. pics looking great. Well done Hat hopefully we will get a return to the ever growing Napoleonic sets in my favourite mac format.
How about a few sets of the following
late prussian and russian guns with crews in various stages of setting up the gun
Prussian cavalry and perhaps even a set in dismounted format I would love to see dismounted figures in action after being dislodged from horses in battle.
Generic wagons to make an old man happy.
P.S.
On the subject of crowd funding the projects, I am sadly not a fan, would it not be better to gauge our interest with the products viability by doing more of the polling and interraction on this forum.
The forum has picked up a lot and a lot of us who have visited site for many years and are willing to give our thoughts on what we want, which would lead to sales reaching their target. A lot of us are hoping for restocks of your older sets that would stop us paying rip off prices on auction sites and help finance future products.
I really liked the use of your targeted polls for your AWI projects which i believed showed a lot of interest in the period and gave customers great input to mold design i.e. separate head types, mac format all great idea's by your company.
Another option might be is to do sell your collection of bonus figures as a multi nation collectors box set that way money could be re-cupped from the cost of their mold sculpting and allow people who are not fans of crowd funding to purchase them and produce additional revenue.

I have received the figures I ordered through a local store three days ago but not the crowd funded figures paid for months back. Not impressive.
The figures are of course excellent though the buglers arm does not fit well and the cuff has an incorrect button flap. Was this piece simply lifted from the Regular Infantry Command set?

I received my figures yesterday, very nice indeed but i have one question do marching sets seem slightly bigger than the action set, Its not a big problem for me as i do all poses in one regiment. or do i just need to pay a visit to my opticians.

To Allen, the master figures for both the marching and action sets were reduced by the same ratio. It may be that the marching figures seem taller because they are standing up straight.

The Eagle Has Land(wehr)ed!!! Yes received the Prussian Landwehr Crowdfunding today here in the UK, when I opened the box my first thoughts were this takes me back to my childhood when I first opened the Airfix Prussian Landwehr. If I had to be harsh I would say we have lost a little bit of detail from the masters in the face but I understand that is very common when it comes to 1/72 scale figures and the other thing I noticed in spite of Hat's great effort to match the size with their own Prussian Infantry they are a little smaller only about 1/2mm, however the base is slightly thicker meaning that it's hard to see a big difference, the old Airfix Landwehr figures are slightly smaller but could be mixed and Hat's Prussian Reserves are a good match, the metal bonus figures are really nice however they are a quite large 25.5mm and finally the plastic used is like a stiffer version of the rubbery plastic which seems fine to me and not brittle. After months and years of waiting and dreaming of Hat's Prussian Landwehr they're finally here and they have turned out very nicely, I must say I have enjoyed the crowdfunding process seeing the pictures of the various stages and being asked to vote on things like which bonus figures, which poses to duplicate as well as being asked for your advice on them really makes you feel involved, well done Crowdfunders and well done Hat.

No sign of mine (in the UK)
But we're snowed in now!
I nave sent Admin another message today. It seems I need to check via the HaT website, but I no longer see a link to a page concerning crowd-funded Landwehr. Can Admin or any community member please help.
Thank you.

Received my crowdfunding order yesterday. The figures are really good, any perceived differences in height between action and marching sets is due to a difference in base thickness, from my observation. Height difference to the Line Infantry is due to the different headgear - they have been scaled to be the same eye level!
Unfortunately, the bonus figures are much larger and do not match the plastic figures! This is a very unfortunate situation, which could and should have been avoided.

Now received.
I don't know how the guy from UPS got through - snow gates closed up the road, post didn't get through and the school stood the kids down (they never do that, unlike most schools)- but well done him!
Thanks to HaT for making good on the first thing I've helped crowd-fund.

The roads from Wavre to Plancenoit were pretty bad too but the Prussian Landwehr gets through. It's just taking them a little longer to march to this hemisphere.

Dear Hat,
Finally the Landwehrs have arrived. They are simply great! And they are also compatible with Revell's Prussians. I'm glad with it, as I've been building up Von Bulow's Army Corps, and I desperately needed the Landwehr..
Thanks a lot. Giovanni.

I am a very happy Bunny.
I elected to order 10 marching sets. Now I have ordered 2 action sets from a retailer, too.
Crowd funded Landwehr cavalry next?

I stopped by the post office today and received a nice big box full of Prussian Landwehr; one word = WOW! I have a looooot of painting to do - and I just thought I had a backlog. I have one complaint: the nose on the third marching figure from the left on the top part of the sprue is crooked! But I guess I can overlook it...

Dear all,
It seems that the crowdfunding system works effectively (even if it takes a little bit of patience)! It would be great if other manufacturers (and I'm sure that many of them read carefully this fundamental section of Hat's website) could take example from Hat. This would result in a great advantage for both manufacturers and modellers/collectors/wargamers.
What do you think of it?
Ciao. Giovanni.

I have one complaint: the nose on the third marching figure from the left on the top part of the sprue is crooked! But I guess I can overlook it... His nose was straight until he criticised the Pomeranians' Piccolo playing Wayne. My Landwehr sets have arrived and they are fabulous! The figures are a very good size match for the Prussian infantry, the poses are really good and the plastic looks like something I can work with, though I dont think I need to do anything to these figures. Also, looking at them close up, the bonus figures are even better than I expected. Deleriously happy with these.

They've arrived! Great figures - all 14 boxes worth (though only 4 boxes to put them in).
The drummers and hornists look as if they will make great conversions for my Lutzow's Freikorps.
I might be old enough for the pension by the time they are all painted!
Well done to all the crowdfunders!
