Brunswick , ACW, & Austrians should have a vote off to see whats most wanted
I guess that's what it comes down to in the end, sad that not all can be made, just wish there was more we customers could do, I'd donate in an instant if it meant we could have all new ACW 1/72 sets.

it's really sad to see how fast the 1/72 community "dissolved", I mean there's activity in these boards but it doesn't feel the same, not sure sub boards would help. The change of boards and the apparent slowness of HäT to get new sets out is a sad development, as HäT is really the last good 1/72 scale figure producer alive.

Hope it's true, the AWI is long overdue and HäT is the best company to produce figures for this period in my opinion. Time to retire the old Imex sets and replace them with new HäT figures!

I'd also like this to be realized, in another thread HäT said the ACW figures will be in the upcoming crowdfunding, but this was a few weeks or a month ago so not sure what's going there. I wasn't impressed with the HaT offering when it came to the marching, HäT's marching figures are the best yet and the command set is perfect too.

Dear Hat and dear all. It's true 28 mm soldiers are more detailed and more satisfactory once painted. The main faults are: their cost, and the greater amount of time it takes for painting them. This is why I prefer 1/72 (I started collecting Airfix stes more than 50 years ago) even because the quality recently achived by many manufacturers is quite close to the 28 mm figures . Giovanni. Not to mention they usually look chubby, rifles and spears are thick as telephone poles, figures in that scale should look better not worse than 1/72. Nothing attractive or appealing about 28mm figures besides maybe more detail, expensive and not worth it.

Once the molds for the last 2 kickstarter sets are finished, we will post new projects. The Zulu and the Prussian Landwehr molds are slated to be finished this week. Thanks for asking! Are there any plans for the ACW sets?

Yes we all want to know when things get going again, is there something we customers can do to get HäT in action again? I'd gladly donate to speed things up, sadly were are too few to make a difference...

I would suggest the ACW sets as they will sell better, unless these are planned for release anytime soon.

Good idea, btw I really miss the old days when all the big companies released lots of great cavalry sets. Though I doubt we will see this suggestion realized, perhaps cavalry sets don't sell as much as infantry?

I will second AWI no one makes decent American war of independence figures Italeri's American infantry is wo fully lacking, well then we have Russian Grenadiers of 1805 to 07 and Jagers but lacking drummers flag bearers so Russian command set would be nice too! Yes I also feel AWI should be next, not just one set but a whole range with militia, command, cavalry, new artillery sets and so on...

Also, sets for the Russo Swedish War of 1807 would be nice.
